Return Policy
We want your Shoplunvella order to arrive correctly and in good condition.
Personalized Items
Products with custom name or phone patch text are made for your order. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange because of customer-entered text errors, changed preferences, or wrong size selection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Non-Personalized Items
Unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Cancellation or changes are not guaranteed once custom production begins.
